Finally, back to the ocean! Kerama

Due to Typhoon No. 30, we ended up with an unexpected extended break, but...

We’re finally back in the water starting today!

You’re probably wondering what conditions are like after the typhoon, right?

Air Temperature: 29°C Water Temperature: 27°C Visibility: 10–20 m

① Arari ② Kurumai ③ South Nagannu

Although the water temperature dropped slightly, it’s holding steady at 27°C.

Visibility varies quite a bit depending on the dive site…

However, at the best spots, we were able to experience 20 m of visibility—a true Okinawan ocean experience.

Although some waves remained and there were some restrictions on dive sites, conditions have improved significantly over the past day.

The forecast calls for even better conditions tomorrow, so we’re looking forward to a Kermadec drift dive!

And I’m off to lead a DiscoverScubadive session!
