Yes. This tour is designed for experienced certified divers who are comfortable with drift diving, negative entries, and moderate to strong currents. Good buoyancy control and confidence in open-ocean diving are essential.

Aguni is one of Okinawa's most legendary seasonal drift diving destinations. From April to July, strong currents attract spectacular schools of Bigeye Trevally along with other pelagic species, creating one of Japan's most exciting drift diving experiences.

Aguni is best known for its famous Bigeye Trevally Tornado. Depending on the season and ocean conditions, you may also encounter barracuda, rainbow runners, tuna, reef sharks, eagle rays, and other pelagic fish. As with all wildlife, sightings are never guaranteed.

Aguni Island is located far from Naha, requiring a longer boat journey than regular dive trips. The early departure allows us to reach the dive sites during the best conditions and enjoy multiple dives throughout the day.

Please bring your standard diving equipment, certification card, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, and any personal medications. A dive computer and SMB are mandatory. Full-foot fins are recommended for this tour and are available for rental if needed.
