Yes. You are welcome to join our dive tours on your own. Many of our guests travel and dive alone, and our friendly team will make sure you feel comfortable throughout the experience.

Yes. Hotel pick-up and drop-off are available with the Full Package. Please note that pick-up is not included with the Basic Package.

Yes. Rental equipment is available with the Full Package.

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own diving equipment.

Payment is generally made in advance. Any additional charges, such as extra dives or optional services, can be paid locally. We accept cash and major credit cards.

For your safety, please wait at least 18 hours after diving before flying.

Rain itself does not usually prevent diving. However, if wind, waves, or sea conditions make diving unsafe, we may change the dive site, adjust the schedule, or cancel the tour. There is no cancellation charge when a tour is cancelled due to weather or sea conditions.

Yes. All guests are required to complete a medical questionnaire before diving. If you answer “YES” to any question, please consult a doctor and bring the required medical approval before diving.
