《Event Period》

January 16 – March 22, 2027

《Special Cancellation Policy for October and November Reservations》

For reservations confirmed in October or November 2026 for activities scheduled during the event period above, a special cancellation policy applies.

As boat spaces must be secured in advance, a cancellation fee of JPY 11,000 will apply to cancellations made at the guest's request.

This fee does not apply if Sensuiya cancels the activity due to weather or sea conditions.

Reservations confirmed from December 1, 2026 onward are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
