I went to a special spot: the USS Emmons.

The north wind that had been blowing constantly has died down.

So, in response to some requests, we headed to the USS Emmons today—one of Okinawa’s largest shipwreck sites.

Air temperature: 31°C, Water temperature: 28°C, Visibility: 20–25 m

As time passes and memories of World War II fade, the Emmons stands as if time has stopped, like a time capsule.

It’s a site with historical significance that evokes a range of emotions, offering a charm distinct from ordinary diving.

Since this is a dive site we want to continue cherishing, please visit with respect—and make sure to hone your skills thoroughly beforehand so you don’t accidentally cause any damage.

We accept requests for dates other than those listed below, so if you’re interested, please feel free to contact us.

I’m a bit concerned about the forecast predicting that the north wind will pick up again starting tomorrow…
