Mystery Tour: Okinawa Main Island

Hello everyone,

We headed out to sea today, once again at the mercy of Typhoon No. 24.

We ended up doing a boat dive at Sunabe, followed by drift diving in the waters off the southern part of the main island.

First up: the Sunabe boat dive.

Air temp: 29°C | Water temp: 28°C | Visibility: 5–15m

"Touaka" Point

The Sunabe area is famous for its vast colonies of soft coral.

It was a real relief that the water temperature was warm.

Next, the drift diving sites in the south.

Air temp: 29°C | Water temp: 27–28°C | Visibility: 15–20m

Once you're actually in the water, though, it's great.

As for tomorrow's plans...

...they are, of course, undecided.
