Here in the Kerama Islands, Okinawa, both the water temperature and visibility have finally started to improve.
With a water temperature of 28°C and visibility of 30 meters, diving is completely stress-free.
It’s a miracle that we can set out from a port just about 10 minutes from the airport and reach these conditions after a 40-minute boat ride.
There are no waves, and the perfect diving weather continues.
Today, we conducted an Open Water (OW) course in the Kerama Islands.
Air Temperature: 33°C, Water Temperature: 27–28°C, Visibility: 20–30 m

Mastering the skills is going absolutely smoothly.
Now, I just hope I can convey the incredible potential of the Kerama Islands.
What a joy to snap a photo with a turtle right in front of me during the course.
And it’s not every day you find waters where you can encounter sharks, barracudas, and even swim with manta rays at the end of the day.
So, congratulations on earning your Open Water certification!
That said, the ocean is vast!!
From here on out, including Okinawa, I hope you’ll go on to conquer the oceans of the world!
