t’s been hot day after day, hasn’t it?
Apparently, seven locations in the Tokai region recorded temperatures exceeding 40 degrees yesterday, making it a “severe heat day.”
I’d heard of “extreme heat days” before, but I didn’t realize there was a category even hotter than that.
If the air conditioner breaks down at temperatures like that, it could be a matter of life and death, right?
Because of this, Okinawa has somehow become a go-to destination for escaping the heat!
Let’s definitely head to the beach!
Today marks the first day with a guest who signed up for our certification course to learn how to dive underwater!
First, we’ll cover the theory to build up our knowledge.
Then it’s time to practice using the actual equipment.
Air temp: 34°C, Water temp: 28°C, Visibility: -
When you practice using the equipment on land, you really realize just how comfortable it is underwater.
You don’t feel gravity, and above all, it’s cool…
So, we worked on mastering various skills.
I hate to say it, but… being young is, in itself, an overwhelming advantage.
No matter how much money you make later in life, there are things money simply can’t buy, so please make the most of this time!
Tomorrow, we’ll be doing our open-water training in Kerama!
