Taking on the Unknown in My 60s

As the old saying goes, “Time flies like an arrow…”

This month, during which I’ve been so excited about soccer every single day, has finally come to an end today with the final match.

Spain was undeniably strong.

Congratulations to everyone in Spain on winning the championship!!

It feels like a long time until we can enjoy it again in four years, but I have a feeling that before we know it, it’ll be starting all over again.

And so, on this final day of the three-day weekend, we welcomed a guest who decided to give diving a try and is working toward getting their certification.

Air Temp: 32°C, Water Temp: 28°C, Visibility: —m

A challenge into the unknown for someone in their 60s.

If you ask yourself whether you’ll be able to try something new 20 years from now, it seems pretty difficult, doesn’t it?

But with anything in life, you can’t get started unless you take action first.

We’re so grateful they chose our shop to take that first step!

First, they went through the classroom training to get the basics down, and then it was time for practice.

It’s become such a pleasant season to get in the water!

They handled the troubleshooting exercises smoothly, and tomorrow they’ll head to Kerama for their open-water training!

Let’s make sure they successfully earn their certification in the waters of Okinawa!!
