We’re closing starting tomorrow due to the approaching typhoon, which has been making headlines for its massive size.

So, to beat the typhoon, we went on a last-minute Kerama Drift dive today! Then we headed to Sunabe.

First up was the Kerama Drift—we aimed for the best dive spot available today!

At Paraiso, we saw beautiful coral colonies!

We also spotted a small school of giant trevally and a few sea turtles here and there.

We almost got swept away by the current, but one of our guests from France—who was here for the first time—met a sea turtle for the very first time!

So, after seeing it, she did a little dance of joy.

On our second dive at Kuroshima North, the waves were breaking offshore, creating a “Gurukun Hohoi” effect.

There was a great concentration of fish. We even saw tuna and sharks.

On our final dive at Tachuu, we encountered a school of giant trevally! So, I think we really made today’s dive the best one yet!

Meanwhile, the other team headed to Sunabe without pushing it, due to the east wind!

We enjoyed the soft corals, got surrounded by a school of red barracuda, and really made the most of Sunabe for the first time in a while.

Therefore, due to the approaching typhoon, we will be closed from tomorrow, the 10th, through the 11th for safety reasons.

Since the typhoon isn’t making a direct hit on the main island this time, it doesn’t seem like there will be major damage here, but we’re concerned about places like Ishigaki Island.

We sincerely hope the damage won’t be too severe.
