Hello everyone.
It’s heading our way.
"Barbie"—packing a central pressure of 925 hPa.
It looks like it will just graze the main island of Okinawa...
But given its massive size, sea conditions will likely be rough through tomorrow.
Ferry services will be cancelled on the 10th (Fri) and 11th (Sat).
It is truly unfortunate for those who had plans, but we can't fight against nature.
We hope to see you again another time!
Now, for today's activities: Kerama fun diving, followed by Chibisi fun diving in the afternoon.
Let's start with the Kerama fun diving.
Air temp: 33°C | Water temp: 25–28°C | Visibility: 20–30m
① Kuroshima Northwest ② Kamekichi ③ Uchizan Reef
We enjoyed the unique topography at Kuroshima Northwest and played with a hawksbill turtle at Kamekichi.
At the final site, Uchizan Reef, we had reports of a manta ray sighting...
But, unfortunately... no luck.
Afternoon Fun Diving at Chibishi
Air Temp: 33°C | Water Temp: 27°C | Visibility: 25m
①② Kamiyama Labyrinth
With great visibility and fine weather, the underwater topography looked spectacular.
We swam through arches and entered caves...
...and even enjoyed swimming alongside a green sea turtle!
Tomorrow, we’ll have both a drift diving team and a fun diving team.
Our destination? A mystery tour.
