Preliminary health check
This applies to all divers.
Please review the medical questionnaire in advance.
If you answer "YES" to even one item, please bring a document with a doctor's diagnosis and signature on the second page (the section for doctors to fill out) on the day of your dive.
About the flight
You cannot fly on the same day after diving.
Please take a flight the following day (18 hours or more later).
※Diving on the day of arrival is possible. Please inquire when making your reservation.
Regarding settlement
We generally require payment in advance.
In exceptional cases where payment is made on-site, payment can be made in cash or using one of the following methods.

Cancellation Policy
- No charge will be incurred if the menu is canceled due to weather, sea conditions, etc.
- No charge will be incurred for cancellations made 7 days or more in advance due to customer reasons.
- For cancellations made 6 to 4 days in advance due to customer reasons,
half of the menu price will be charged. - For cancellations made 3 days in advance or on the day of the menu due to customer reasons,
the full menu price will be charged.

About reservations
Our shop operates on a reservation-only basis.
Due to the difficulty in arranging boats, tanks, etc., same-day reservations are not accepted. Please contact us by 12:00 PM the day before your planned dive.
